Matt Prowant, Owner & Managing Broker
Prowant & Company is an independent real estate brokerage operating in Castle Rock, Colorado since 2003. The founder and managing broker, Matt Prowant, has been continually practicing real estate since his college years, and has helped numerous families achieve their dream of home, ranch or land ownership.
Matt received his start in real estate in 1996 when he worked alongside his father operating as a listing agent for multiple large acre subdivisions in Douglas County. This training helped Matt develop an understanding of the land development process, as well as the intricacies of farm and ranch real estate sales. In 2003, Matt formed Prowant & Company with a broader focus of serving a wide range of residential, ranch and land transactions throughout Colorado.
Matt also enjoys riding his adventure motorcycle through the backcountry trails of Colorado, traveling, snowboarding and spending time with his wife and two daughters. Matt is active in his church community, and enjoys meeting new people - hopefully you!
